This quick-start guide supplements the model’s safety manual. Check the reference on your device and follow the instructions supplied with your unit.
Prepare the device
- Insert the two AAA batteries, following the polarity markings in the compartment.
- Read the precautions in your device’s manual before first use.
Take a spot measurement
- Insert a clean, dry finger. Turn on the oximeter and keep your hand still.
- Wait for the display to stabilise. Read the values directly on the screen; a phone is optional.
Identify the displayed values
- SpO₂: estimated oxygen saturation. PR: pulse rate. PI: perfusion index, when shown.
- This guide explains the controls and display, not the medical interpretation of a reading. The device is intended for spot measurements, not for recording an entire night.
Connect AiLink
- Install “AiLink” from the App Store or Google Play on a compatible phone.
- Enable Bluetooth and grant the nearby-device permissions requested by the app.
- Turn on the oximeter near the phone. In AiLink, choose “Add Device”, then “OXIMETER” when it appears.
- Take a measurement and view the supported data in the app. Menus may vary by version.
If the connection fails
- Check that the oximeter is on, Bluetooth is enabled and AiLink has the required permissions. Restart the search in the app.
- The oximeter screen works without a phone. For support, provide your phone model, iOS or Android version and the step that fails. Hide personal readings in screenshots.
